Apple recipes & new herbal tincture workshop

Hey there,

Hope you're doing well.

We’ve recently been visiting family in southwestern Ontario and enjoying some much-needed downtime. And the fall season is in full swing around here.

All the apple trees are laden with delicious fruit, so today, I’m sharing some of our favorite apple recipes from the past few years.

But here's the real treat – I've got an exclusive invite just for you.

My friends over at The Herbal Academy are hosting a special free Herbal Tincture Workshop.

I know you'll absolutely love learning how to make your own herbal remedies from scratch. It's the perfect mix of old-school charm and modern homesteading wisdom. Check out what we have in store – you won't want to miss this.

Herbal Tinctures Workshop

Winter is right around the corner, and I know that staying healthy is a priority for our family and yours.

Herbs and mushrooms are packed with beneficial properties people have used for centuries to support their health through the seasons. In my house, we turn to oregano oil and elderberry syrup to support our health and immunity through winter.

Tinctures are another convenient prep I like to have on hand. (Did you see my dandelion tincture from earlier this summer?)

Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts with multiple benefits, including long shelf life and strong potency, which means you only take one or two drops at a time.

If you're intrigued by tinctures and would like to learn more about them, check out this informative (and free) video from my friends over at The Herbal Academy.

Until next time!
